Instructions
Steps
Bring a pot of salted water to boil, add egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add beef and sauté until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add noodles back into skillet, along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well.
Mix corn starch with water, add to skillet to thicken sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water.
