  • beef sirloin
  • egg noodles
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic
  • red bell pepper
  • broccoli florets
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • sesame oil
  • corn starch
  • salt and pepper
  • spring onions

Steps

  • Bring a pot of salted water to boil, add egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add beef and sauté until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add noodles back into skillet, along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well.
  • Mix corn starch with water, add to skillet to thicken sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water.
