Steps

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well.
  • Form mixture into patties and sear them in a pan until both sides are browned.
  • Prepare the gravy by whisking flour in the same pan, then add beef stock and milk.
  • Pour gravy over patties in a baking dish, and top with fried onions.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
