  • Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain well using a colander.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove, drain on a paper towel, and crumble.
  • Add ground beef to the same pan. Break it apart and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour tomato sauce into the pan and stir well to combine with beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer briefly.
  • Mix cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring each pasta piece is coated.
  • Turn off the heat, sprinkle shredded cheddar over pasta, and stir until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with crumbled bacon and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
