  • cornstarch
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic
  • ginger

Steps

  • Slice beef against the grain, marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  • Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  • Cook marinated beef in a hot skillet for 2 minutes each side, remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger in the skillet until fragrant.
  • Return beef and broccoli to skillet, stir, add sesame oil, and season to taste.
