Start by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips. Place the sliced beef in a mixing bowl, add some salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch dissolved in water. Stir until fully combined.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add beef slices. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 3–5 minutes.
Remove beef and set aside. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry until vibrant green and tender, about 3 minutes.
Return beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and stir. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients. Serve immediately.
