  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, grated pear, brown sugar, and ginger to make a marinade.
  • Add beef slices to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and fluff with a fork.
  • Heat grill pan over medium heat and cook marinated beef slices until browned on each side.
  • Assemble bowls with jasmine rice, grilled beef, cucumber slices, green onions, sesame seeds, and mixed greens.
