Steps

  • Start by shredding your cooked chicken using two forks. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with the buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese. Set aside.
  • Flatten each piece of biscuit dough with a rolling pin. Ensure they are even but not too thin to prevent tearing.
  • Place a tablespoon of chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle and pinch to seal.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Brush the baked bombs with melted butter and top with blue cheese and green onions.

Notes
