These Buffalo Chicken Bombs pack a punch of flavor with spicy chicken, melty cheese enveloped in crispy dough. Perfect for a quick snack or main course!
Start by shredding your cooked chicken using two forks. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with the buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese. Set aside.
Flatten each piece of biscuit dough with a rolling pin. Ensure they are even but not too thin to prevent tearing.
Place a tablespoon of chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle and pinch to seal.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Brush the baked bombs with melted butter and top with blue cheese and green onions.
