Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. If using, add half the crumbled blue cheese.
Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with chips or veggies.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt instead of dressing. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
