  • buffalo wing sauce
  • ranch dressing
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles as per package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the shredded chicken, and pour in 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce. Stir and simmer until heated through.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, and 1/2 cup ranch dressing. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, buffalo chicken, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
