  • Cajun seasoning
  • heavy cream
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Strain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, sautéing until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  • Using the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring constantly until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Return pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of cream if needed to restore texture.
