Steps
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Strain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, sautéing until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Using the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring constantly until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Return pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
