Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden, around 5–7 minutes.
  • Move mushrooms to the pan's side, add ground beef, and cook until brown. Break it into pieces as it cooks.
  • Season with garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend all ingredients.
  • Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly to combine.
  • Include shredded cheddar, stirring until fully melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat gently before serving.
