Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden, around 5–7 minutes.
Move mushrooms to the pan's side, add ground beef, and cook until brown. Break it into pieces as it cooks.
Season with garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend all ingredients.
Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly to combine.
Include shredded cheddar, stirring until fully melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat gently before serving.
