Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent. Then, add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper into the cooked beef.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage! Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
