Steps
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in skillet, sear chicken 3-4 min per side. Transfer to a baking dish.
Melt butter in same skillet, add mushrooms, onions, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread sautéed vegetables over chicken. Sprinkle mixed cheeses generously on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Ensure chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
