Steps
Prepare chicken breasts by pounding to an even thickness. Dredge in flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken breasts until golden. Remove from skillet.
Add butter, mushrooms, and garlic to skillet. Sauté until mushrooms are softened.
Add Marsala wine, scrape the skillet, and let reduce slightly. Add chicken broth.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer in sauce for 10 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
