Instructions
Steps
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the same pot, sauté until transparent. Stir in carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle flour, then gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Return chicken to the pot, add peas and corn. Allow to simmer and thicken for about 10 minutes.
Add pasta and stir to combine. Cover and simmer until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and heat on the stove when ready. Avoid freezing for best results.
