  • chicken breast

  • peas
  • corn
  • chicken broth
  • heavy cream
  • onion
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • flour
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onion and garlic to the same pot, sauté until transparent. Stir in carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle flour, then gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Return chicken to the pot, add peas and corn. Allow to simmer and thicken for about 10 minutes.
  • Add pasta and stir to combine. Cover and simmer until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
