  • - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • - 1 scoop protein powder whey or plant-based
  • - 1 cup frozen cherries
  • - 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • - 1 cup almond milk
  • - 1 handful baby spinach

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Add frozen cherries, a few ice cubes, cashew butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, baby spinach, almond milk, and maple syrup into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Pour the shake into a tall glass.
  • Top with a few whole cherries and shaved dark chocolate.
  • Enjoy immediately.
