dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, blend the chocolate whey protein powder with Greek yogurt, almond milk, cocoa powder, and honey.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
Place a few fresh raspberries at the bottom of each muffin cup or mold.
Carefully spoon or pipe the mousse mixture over the raspberries, filling the molds.
Refrigerate the filled molds for 1 to 2 hours to set.
Remove the mousse cups from molds, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.
Notes
These cups can last up to 3 days in the fridge. For a keto option, use a low-carb sweetener instead of honey.
