Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate whey protein powder
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • dark chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the chocolate whey protein powder with Greek yogurt, almond milk, cocoa powder, and honey.
  • Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
  • Place a few fresh raspberries at the bottom of each muffin cup or mold.
  • Carefully spoon or pipe the mousse mixture over the raspberries, filling the molds.
  • Refrigerate the filled molds for 1 to 2 hours to set.
  • Remove the mousse cups from molds, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.

Notes

These cups can last up to 3 days in the fridge. For a keto option, use a low-carb sweetener instead of honey.
