Steps
Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into an 8x8 inch greased baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, add the remaining batter, and swirl.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
