  • ground cinnamon

Steps

  • Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Pour half of the batter into an 8x8 inch greased baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, add the remaining batter, and swirl.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Notes

Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.
