Steps

  • Slice beef into thin strips and chop the onions and garlic.
  • Sear beef in a large skillet over high heat until browned. Remove beef.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until onions are translucent.
  • Stir in flour, add beef broth gradually, and bring to a simmer.
  • Return beef to skillet, lower heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Notes

For a richer sauce, add a splash of dry white wine while simmering. Serve immediately for the best flavor burst.
