Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, and drain excess fat.
Add cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, corn, and seasonings to the beef. Stir to combine.
Spread the beef mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, and top with half of the shredded cheese.
Arrange tater tots on top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake until golden brown.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat as needed.
