  • ground beef
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • frozen corn
  • shredded cheese
  • frozen tater tots
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, and drain excess fat.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, corn, and seasonings to the beef. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the beef mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, and top with half of the shredded cheese.
  • Arrange tater tots on top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake until golden brown.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat as needed.
