Steps

  • Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine avocados, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and basil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer avocado mix to a bowl; add salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Stir thoroughly.
  • Combine cooked pasta and avocado sauce in a large bowl. Toss well to coat.
  • Serve immediately with optional garnishes. Enjoy the flavors!
