Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned; remove excess grease.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant and translucent.
Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning and simmer.
Stir in cooked beef and pasta. Add cheddar cheese and mix until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
