Instructions
Steps
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet, brown the beef, season with salt and pepper.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
Stir in the broth and tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat, add cream and cheese, stir until melted.
Add the pasta, stir to coat, cook for 2–3 more minutes.
