Steps

  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, brown the beef, season with salt and pepper.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  • Stir in the broth and tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat, add cream and cheese, stir until melted.
  • Add the pasta, stir to coat, cook for 2–3 more minutes.

Notes
