Steps

  • Prepare all your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic cloves. Gather everything to streamline your cooking process.
  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta until al dente following package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until fully browned.
  • Pour beef broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Adjust salt and pepper.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce in the skillet. Stir well and add reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency. Top with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, gently warm on the stove, adding extra cream or broth if necessary to loosen the sauce.
