Steps

  • Gather all your ingredients. Chop the onion finely, mince the garlic, and slice the beef into bite-sized strips. Prepare your spices and liquids.
  • Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Add a pinch of salt and then the pasta. Cook according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add beef strips to pan. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
  • Pour the beef broth into the pan. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then add cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Mix the cooked pasta into the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat pasta evenly.
  • Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Add a splash of cream when reheating.
