Steps
Gather all your ingredients. Chop the onion finely, mince the garlic, and slice the beef into bite-sized strips. Prepare your spices and liquids.
Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Add a pinch of salt and then the pasta. Cook according to package instructions, then drain.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add beef strips to pan. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
Pour the beef broth into the pan. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then add cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
Mix the cooked pasta into the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat pasta evenly.
Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Add a splash of cream when reheating.
