Instructions
Steps
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until just shy of al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and cook for a minute.
Add ground beef to the skillet and brown while breaking up clumps. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour in beef broth and let simmer. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
Add the pasta to the sauce and toss well. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of milk or pasta water to restore creaminess.
