Steps
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 100ml of pasta water.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer until combined.
Add the drained pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved water to adjust consistency.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days and reheat gently on a stove, adding a splash of cream if needed.
