Steps

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 100ml of pasta water.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer until combined.
  • Add the drained pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved water to adjust consistency.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days and reheat gently on a stove, adding a splash of cream if needed.
