  • Dijon mustard
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • dried thyme
  • dried parsley

Steps

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sear on both sides until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken, reduce heat, add cream, Dijon mustard, garlic and onion powder, thyme, and parsley to the skillet. Whisk together.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
