Steps
Cut chicken breasts into thin cutlets. Season with salt and pepper, and coat each in flour, followed by egg, and then the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread marinara sauce, arrange chicken, and top with mozzarella.
Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
For added ease, prepare chicken cutlets ahead of time and assemble just before baking.
