Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
  • Transfer the beef to the crockpot and add diced onions, carrots, and celery.
  • Pour in beef broth and chicken broth over the vegetables and meat.
  • Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and basil. Stir to combine.
