Steps
Slice beef flank steak thinly against the grain and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate.
Boil lo mein noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
Heat oil in wok and stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and green onions until tender-crisp. Add garlic last minute.
Push vegetables to side, add beef slices, and cook until browned.
Combine noodles, beef, and vegetables; add soy and oyster sauce, stir to combine.
