  • red bell pepper
  • large carrot
  • green onions
  • garlic cloves
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  • Slice beef flank steak thinly against the grain and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate.
  • Boil lo mein noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
  • Heat oil in wok and stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and green onions until tender-crisp. Add garlic last minute.
  • Push vegetables to side, add beef slices, and cook until browned.
  • Combine noodles, beef, and vegetables; add soy and oyster sauce, stir to combine.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Best reheated on the stove for optimal taste.
