Steps

  • Prepare all your ingredients by chopping and measuring. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
  • Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Drain the fat, add garlic and the whites of the green onions, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in sauce mixture, stir to coat, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
