Steps
Start by slicing the beef into thin strips, about a quarter-inch thick.
In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli for about 2 minutes.
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes.
In the same wok, add the remaining oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Return beef and broccoli to the wok, add sauces, toss together, and cook for 2 more minutes.
