Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  • Place the beef in the marinade and ensure it's coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned.
  • Prepare bowls by adding cooked rice and arranging carrots and cucumbers around the edges.
  • Divide the beef among the bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
