Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Place the beef in the marinade and ensure it's coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned.
Prepare bowls by adding cooked rice and arranging carrots and cucumbers around the edges.
Divide the beef among the bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
