Steps
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms and cook until golden.
Melt butter in skillet, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Return beef to the skillet. Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and warm through.
