Add chicken to the skillet with bacon grease. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Reduce heat to low. Add cooked pasta, bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
