Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  • Add the orzo, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
