Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly onto the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border at the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch sections using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Ensure your rolls remain fresh by storing them in an airtight container. When freezing, wait until baking to preserve their quality on preparation.
