Steps
Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and brown in olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until soft, then add mushrooms until golden.
Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir to coat, then slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Add beef back into the skillet, simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until well combined. Serve over egg noodles.
