Steps

  • Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and brown in olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until soft, then add mushrooms until golden.
  • Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir to coat, then slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add beef back into the skillet, simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until well combined. Serve over egg noodles.
