Steps

  • Prepare the steak and vegetable ingredients by slicing them thinly.
  • Sauté the onions and peppers until softened in olive oil on medium heat.
  • Cook the steak slices in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Add the vegetables back to the skillet and combine with steak.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days. Reheat in a skillet to maintain texture!
