  • chicken breast
  • garlic
  • red bell pepper
  • broccoli florets
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • hoisin sauce
  • sesame oil
  • green onions

Steps

  • Boil the noodles in a large pot according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok, cook the chicken until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same wok, stir-fry garlic and bell pepper for 2 minutes, then add broccoli and cook until tender.
  • Return chicken to the wok, add noodles, and all sauces. Mix until well combined.
  • Garnish with green onions, mix again, and adjust seasoning before serving hot.
