  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 bacon strips
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the chicken by butterflying or cutting pockets into the side of the breasts.
  • Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the prepared cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  • Wrap each stuffed breast with 2-3 strips of bacon and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot, ensuring to remove toothpicks before eating.
