Instructions
Prepare all ingredients before beginning to cook to simplify the process.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add the diced onion into the skillet with the beef and let it soften, then stir in minced garlic.
Add cauliflower florets to the skillet, season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cauliflower should be tender yet firm.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet.
