  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head of cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients before beginning to cook to simplify the process.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add the diced onion into the skillet with the beef and let it soften, then stir in minced garlic.
  • Add cauliflower florets to the skillet, season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cauliflower should be tender yet firm.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet.
