  • marinara sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder

Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the chicken on each side for about 5 minutes.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and top with cottage cheese mixture and marinara sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and remaining parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is bubbly.
