Steps
Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion and garlic and slicing the mushrooms.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the beef and sauté the onions and garlic in the same skillet until translucent.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until soft.
Return the beef to the skillet, sprinkle with flour, and stir to coat.
Pour in beef broth and simmer until the sauce reduces.

Notes
