Steps
Gather all ingredients and prepare: dice onions, mince garlic, chop bell peppers, and optionally slice mushrooms.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
Add onion and garlic, then sauté until onion is translucent. Add bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking until all vegetables are tender.
Stir in broccoli along with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Cover and cook until broccoli is slightly softened.
