  • oyster sauce
  • cornstarch
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • red bell pepper
  • broccoli florets

  • vegetable oil

Steps

  • Begin by marinating the beef tenderloin slices in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
  • During this time, prepare the vegetables: chop the red bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat, add the beef, and stir fry until browned, then set aside.
  • Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant. Add veggies and stir fry until tender.
  • Return the beef to the wok, combine with veggies, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of water if needed.
