Instructions
Steps
Begin by marinating the beef tenderloin slices in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
During this time, prepare the vegetables: chop the red bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and cut the broccoli into florets.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat, add the beef, and stir fry until browned, then set aside.
Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant. Add veggies and stir fry until tender.
Return the beef to the wok, combine with veggies, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of water if needed.
