Steps
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter on low heat, add minced garlic, then add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Remove from heat.
Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seasoned beef, mixing thoroughly to coat all pieces.
Transfer the beef to a crockpot and cook on low for 6–7 hours, or 3–4 hours on high.
Twenty minutes before serving, add fresh parsley and cook uncovered for the last 15 minutes.
Notes
Leftover beef bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for three days or frozen for up to three months for future meals.
