Steps
Cut the sirloin into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Sear the steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Toss steak bites in garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for 1 month.
