  • olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • dried thyme

  • Cut the sirloin into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Sear the steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss steak bites in garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for 1 month.
