  • Boil pasta until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat pan, add sliced steak with salt and pepper. Cook both sides until seared, then rest.
  • Add butter to pan, melt, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in cream, simmer, and blend in Parmesan until a creamy sauce forms.
  • Combine pasta with sauce and steak in the pan, tossing everything together.
  • Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired before serving.

Notes
